We at Qwik Tune want to make sure you are happy. To that end, we have appointed Marcy as our "Customer Service Czar". She will do everything possible to make sure:
- Your Qwik Tune product performs properly;
- To arrange for service or replacement of your product, (subject to warranty limitations), should there be any defect; and
- To resolve any other service/satisfaction issues in a way that pleases you.

For guitar warranty service, please e-mail and tell us what the problem is and when you purchased the guitar. We will tell you how to proceed.
For warranty service on electronic products, first check if you see the product you own on this website. If you see that product displayed on this website, we will replace or repair any such product if you return it to us per the instructions below.
If product is NOT on this website, it means that it was discontinued some time ago. If you desire service for a discontinued product, please forward to us proof of purchase showing the date you purchased such product and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
If you are located within the USA, we will repair or replace any of our current electronic products. Please send them postage and insurance prepaid to:

Please put your name and address on the outside of the shipping carton and include a note inside the carton with your name, address and a brief description of the nature of the problem/defect.
Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks from the time we receive your product to send it back to you. In most cases, we will send, via UPS, a replacement for your defective product, with either a new or reconditioned product, at no cost to you.
If you are located outside of the USA, please return the product for service to the store where it was purchased. If you need our assistance in locating service in your country, please email Marcy directly at marcy@qwiktunetuners.com.
